This dwelling is a complex building on a constrained site in Randwick NSW.

 

The problems involved making a south side semi-detached dwelling light filled and open to a compact rear garden which was redesigned to be a focal point from the internal spaces.

The Owners wanted an open plan that allowed them to work from home in a casual and interesting environment and allow otherwise modest spaces to borrow volume from each other to appear very generous.

The solution provided both high levels of utility and quirky spaces that provide flexibility for a modern family.
