Cremorne Residence

 

This house is for repeat Clients who wanted a sophisticated city dwelling to provide serenity and calmness for a busy working couple.

The original much altered Federation bungalow was recast at the front to create a sympathetic yet modern street presence, the middle section which was principally intact was updated and restored and to the rear new rear ground floor family living areas and an elegant master bedroom suite to the first level were included.

 

The house remains serene, modern and uncluttered and addresses its verdant garden while the front sits comfortably into its evolving streetscape.
